If your employer wants to change your work conditions this must be reflected in your employment agreement. You need a written copy of the intended employment agreement and the chance, and a reasonable amount of time, to get independent advice on any variation to it before you agree and sign it. If your employer doesn't do this, they could receive a penalty. If you can't agree with your employer, the first step is to try to sort it out with your employer yourself.
