The Leave Support Scheme is for essential workers who needed to stay away from work but couldn't work from home. You and your employer should work together to identify if you're eligible for the scheme.
Reasons might include that you or someone you live with may be sick or have close contact with someone who's had COVID-19. You may be at higher risk of severe illness if you contract COVID-19 and have agreed with your employer that you won't work.
