You can make a claim for unfair bargaining against your boss if you believe that you were significantly disadvantaged during negotiation. The ERA can decide what happens, including ordering your employer to pay compensation and amending or cancelling your agreement. If mediation doesn’t work and the ERA finds there was unfair bargaining, they can award a penalty.
