An employer doesn’t have to pay you if you’re locked out or suspended. Employers can’t make specified pay deductions from wages when employees engage in a ‘partial strike’ where employees are still doing some of their work.
Employers may bear the strike cost, suspend employees who are a party to the partial strike, or lockout those who are part of a partial strike. Locked out and suspended employees don’t get paid.
