You have to keep up to date with whatever happens in your workplace, which may require you to use a social media platform if this is how your employer communicates with employees. You can ask to receive the communications via email, or create a social media account just for your work communications. For example, you could use your first or surname and add the name of your work as the name of your account (smith employment service), and use your work email and other work information as contact details.
Once you leave your workplace, you can close that social media account. This way, you won’t have crossover with your personal account.
