Your boss can’t just ‘give notice’ without a reason, even if your agreement says they can. They need a good reason and to follow a fair process, otherwise you can bring a personal grievance.
If your employer puts pressure on you directly or indirectly to resign, or makes things at work so difficult that you feel you have to leave, this may amount to ‘constructive dismissal’. You may be able to bring a personal grievance for unjustified dismissal.
