• *Fighting and assault*. Factors to consider are who initiated the incident, whether it was assault, whether there were single or multiple blows, justifiable restraint, or pretend to fight; and the result of medical examinations.
• *Direct disobedience* e.g. openly and deliberately refusing to obey a lawful and reasonable instruction given by your employer or some other person in authority
