If you’re harassed by a co-worker, customer or client, you can complain to your boss and they have to investigate. If they are reasonably satisfied your complaint is real, they have to take all possible steps to stop it happening again.
You may have a personal grievance against your boss if they, one of your co-workers or one of your boss’s customers or clients harasses you and your boss doesn’t take the necessary action to stop it.
