The Employment Relations Authority will decide if there was a fair dismissal procedure by looking at things like did your boss investigate adequately (they will consider what resources your boss had), did they communicate their concerns to you and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond, and did they consider your response with an open mind before making a decision.
Your dismissal won’t be found unjustified if there were only minor technical defects that didn’t mean you were treated unfairly.
