If you’re in immediate physical danger from bullying or harassment call 111.
If you suffer physical harm or behaviour directed at you that includes violence, is criminal harassment (where the harasser intends, and knows it’s likely, for the harassment to cause you to reasonably fear for your own or your family’s safety), or is another criminal offence, this falls under the Crimes Act and you should report it to the Police.
Sometimes behaviour which is bullying or harassment may also be civil harassment covered by the Harassment Act 1997 and you could apply for a restraining order.
Violent behaviour can constitute misconduct serious enough for dismissal.
