Employees are required to act in 'good faith' at work which includes: not accepting or requesting work-related rewards from third parties without the employer's consent; devoting their agreed hours of work to the business; not promoting any other business which they are related to their current employer's clients with the intention of taking those clientele away from the employer after leaving their job.
