If you’re on leave *four weeks or less* and it’s your first leave for this child, your boss has to keep your job open unless they can show your position is redundant. If you’re on leave *four weeks or more* your boss has to keep your job open unless they can prove it’s not practicable to get a temporary replacement because you held a key position, or that your position is redundant.
