An employment agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the employer-employee relationship, including contract for services between a homeworker and an employer. It can be either individual (between one employee and one employer) or collective (between two or more employees, employers, and unions).
‘Contract of service’ is the legal term used to describe the type of contract you work under if you’re an employee. It’s different from a  ‘contract for services’ which is what independent contractors work under.
