If you work on a farm you must be paid at least minimum wage for each hour you work. Your wages can’t be averaged over a season. You must be paid with money, not other non-cash benefits except deductions you’ve agreed for accommodation or other things. Your boss has to keep accurate records of how long you worked, wages payable and paid, and leave you’ve taken.
